Miss Elena V. Aikins is a Human Resource Practitioner with over three(3) decades of Public Administration and Human Resource Management experience.
She held various positions in Ghana Railway Company Limited as Area Manager, Accra, head of the Personne//Administrative Department, as Personnel/Administrative Manager, Principal Administrative Officer(Public Relations, MIS and Training), Secretary to the Managing Director and posted to the Railway Central Training Institute, as Principal, to see to the upgrading of the Institute to University status, now UMaT School of Railways and Infrastructure Development(SRID).
Educational Qualifications
She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Human Resource Management(UCC), Postgraduate Certificate in Public Administration and Performance Management(GIMPA), Advanced Diploma in Business Administration (Association of Business Executives-ABE), London, Diploma in Personnel/Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations, (College of Professional Management(CPM), London, Diploma in Business Studies(DBS -Secretarial Option).

She is a member of the Association of Business Executives, (MABE), London, Chartered Institute of Management (MCIM), London, and a member of GPHA Co-operative Credit Union.
